Basically, yes. We tend to refer to HomeAway as that is the main brand, however, HomeAway includes a number of other brands:

Vrbo owns all the brands listed above, and Expedia owns Vrbo.

Will my listing be distributed and appear on all Expedia booking sites like Expedia.com, Trivago, , etc?

If using Uplisting, most likely yes.

Typically your listing will be distributed on all the Homeaway brand websites listed above. In addition, as Uplisting is connected to the most recent integration (Price Consistency), your listings are eligible for distribution on all Expedia sites.
How to ensure your listings are distributed on Expedia sites
Enable Instant Booking on your listing(s). Expedia Group travelers expect a simple, quick booking experience, so they require all properties that appear on their sites to be instantly bookable.Enable price consistency in your software. Uplisting is setup to enable price consistency by default.Make sure you're following HomeAway's terms and conditions.
