This gives you a clear breakdown of your Airbnb review performance across the six key quality components that matter most to guests and to Airbnb. Each component is scored from 0 to 5, based on guest review data from Airbnb.

The scores help you quickly spot strengths and identify areas that may need attention.




What metrics are included?

The metrics below are graded on a scale of 1 to 5:

  • Cleanliness–How clean guests found your property
  • Accuracy–How accurately your listing matches the real experience
  • Communication–How responsive and helpful you were before and during the stay
  • Check-in–How smooth and easy the arrival process was
  • Location–How guests rated the location of your property
  • Value–Whether guests felt the stay was worth the price



Using the Lookback Filter

The Lookback filter allows you to choose how far back you’d like the data to be pulled from. This flexibility helps you: track recent improvements, measure the impact of operational changes, prepare for Superhost evaluations, and monitor seasonal performance trends.

For example:

Select 3 months to see recent performance only Select 6 months for a broader trend view Choose a longer period to analyse historical performance Or select 'All time' to view data up to the current period, to include your most recent reviews
