Single Sign-On (SSO)

We recently introduced an SSO (Single Sign-On) feature to make it easier for customers using both AirDNA and Uplisting to access their accounts seamlessly. With this update, you’ll now use use your AirDNA credentials to log in to Uplisting.

Who does this change affect?

This affects uplisting users who also have an AirDNA account. That is, if you used the same email address to sign up for both Uplisting and AirDNA. If by any chance you forgot your AirDNA password, simply click on 'forgot password' when logging into Uplisting.

If you use Google sign-on for AirDNA, you can also use it to log into Uplisting.

Does this affect my AirDNA or Uplisting subscription/pricing?

This new feature does not impact the pricing of the two products in any way.
Your AirDNA subscription will remain unchanged. If you are a paying subscriber, your subscription will continue as usual and if not, no charges will be applied.

Will listings on my Uplisting and AirDNA accounts be linked?

Beginning on April 9th, 2025, your listings will automatically sync across AirDNA and Uplisting. In other words:

• If you connect/create listings in Uplisting, you will automatically see them in AirDNA’s My Listings tool, which allows you to compare your listings’ performance against the market and custom comp sets.
• If you connect your listings in AirDNA, you will automatically see them in Uplisting.

Does SSO affect all the users of an account

No, the SSO affects individual users and not accounts. This will affect a user who has an AirDNA account and used the same email address to sign up for both accounts.
