Currency

You should ensure the currencies you set on booking sites are correct as the values you enter on Uplisting will attach to that currency. There are no currency conversions on Uplisting.

Base rates

Entering and saving base rates will sync to booking sites if you don't have any spot (calendar) rates in place.

You can overwrite base rates with spot rates on Uplisting.

Cleaning fee

A fixed fee for cleaning per booking regardless of the number of guests or length of stay.

Cleaning Fees for AirBnB Should be Set on Uplisting

If a Cleaning fee is only on AirBnB for example, then in some cases this may be overwritten by Uplisting as they will consider the Channel Management Software as the "Source of Truth" for all fees related to a booking.
