Housestay.com is an online marketplace for fully furnished standalone home and apartment rentals for Global Mobility Professionals, Business Travelers, Temporary Relocation Tenants, and Individuals serving as an alternative to extended stay hotels with a minimum stay of 30 Days (No Maximum).


  • How To Onboard Listings
  1. Create an account on HouseStay using this link dedicated to property manager accounts: Sign Up
  2. Email [email protected] or [email protected] to share:
    1. Uplisting ID and
    2. API Key

Once the information above is submitted the listings will be onboarded within a few hours (same business day).


  • Handling Booking Request
  1. The system will email the host move-in and move-out date, potential earnings, tenant name and other relevant information as part of the booking request. The email address used to create the account on Gousestay will receive this message, along with a text to the registered phone number verified during account creation.
  2. Hosts can login to their Housestay account to Accept / Decline requests
  3. If the host accepts the booking, you can go ahead and complete the booking process by signing the online lease agreement, so the booking can be immediately confirmed upon completion of the tenant booking process.

  4. Once the tenant pays, the system will Block the listing calendar on HouseStay and reflect the booking on Uplisting.

Once the tenant completes their booking process (Payment, ID Verification, Background Check and Signs the Agreement) the system triggers a Confirmed email to the host and tenant along with each other's contact information.
