Triggered whenever a booking is synced to Uplisting from a booking site, booked directly through Uplisting's direct booking engine, or created manually by you or your team.
Triggered whenever a booking is updated in some way. The following attributes can be updated, which will cause the booking updated trigger to fire:
The following attributes will trigger a booking update when changed.
- Booking status (see below)
- Check-in and out dates
- Arrival time and departure time
- Booking is moved to a different property
- Booking is moved to a different multi-unit
- Guest name
- Guest phone number
- Guest email address
- Preferred guest name
- Booking source
- Automated messages enabled/disabled
- Automated reviews enabled/disabled
The table below displays the
booking status states that are possible.
|Booking status state||Description|
|pending||The booking is pending payment.|
|removed_as_unpaid||A pending booking which was unpaid at the payment cut-off time.|
|confirmed||The booking is paid or marked as paid.|
|cancelled||The booking has been cancelled|
|needs_check_in||The status is set automatically by the system at 12am UTC on the day of check-in.|
|checked_in||The booking has been manually marked as checked-in.|
|needs_check_out||The status is set automatically by the system at 12am UTC on the day of check-out.|
|checked_out||The booking has been manually marked as checked out.|
