Phone Numbers & Regional Behavior
Q: What number will the guest see?
Uplisting uses a pool of owned phone numbers for SMS messages. Guests will receive messages from the closest regional Uplisting number (US, UK, Australia, or Spain). We intelligently match the number based on the guest’s phone number for better deliverability and cheaper reply rates. See Country Mappings below:

No. All messages are sent from Uplisting-owned numbers. This helps protect hosts’ privacy and ensure centralized communication.

Q: Can all guests receive SMS globally?
Most can, but some carriers block international SMS. Failed deliveries will show a warning.

You’ll see a warning in the UI that the message failed. For such a case you can use a different communication method
