Benefits of connecting to Homeaway via Uplisting as an official partner

And for those of you on older subscription plans. What are the benefits in upgrading?

Uplisting is an official Homeaway Partner on the latest Price Consistency integration (not all channel managers are). This means your property is eligible for distribution to the 750 million travellers visiting to the Expedia Group family of sites each month. These include Expedia, trivago, VRBO, and more.

There are a number of other benefits in listing your properties with Uplisting as an official integrated Homeaway partner:

  1. Distribution on the entire Expedia network (e.g trivago) - access to 750 million* travellers per month
Your Homeaway listings can be distributed to all Expedia brands like Expedia.com, trivago, Hotels.com, ebookers and more. This is only possible for officially integrated partner listings.

  2. Homeaway listings created automatically
Uplisting creates your Homeaway listings for you with the click of a button. You can also connect to existing Homeway listings.

  3. All guest communications in one central place
Your Uplisting Inbox automatically works for Homeaway bookings, as do your automated messages.

  4. Automatic and instant data sync
Realtime syncing of availability, bookings, rates and messages. If you use a dynamic pricing solution (like Pricelabs) you can sync those prices to Homeaway and include any commission markup you'd like.

  5. Get paid right away
Process traveler payments at the point of booking with our Stripe integration

*Source is from Homeaway: Monthly visits based on data for Brand Expedia, Hotels.com, Orbitz, Travelocity, Wotif, HomeAway, trivago and Hotwire combined during 2018. Listings must meet additional criteria for distribution on Expedia Group networks.

When it's not worth upgrading

If you have less than 5 properties you can't list on Homeaway via any channel managers realtime integration. It's not worth upgrading to our new subscription plan if this is the case.
