Minimum length of stay

Enter the minimum length of stay for a booking (eg. 3 nights). Defaults to 1 night.
The input on the listing property settings is the base minimum length of stay. Similar to base rates, this input is only used if you don't have spot min stay restrictions in place.

Maximum length of stay (Airbnb only)

Enter the maximum length of stay for a booking (eg. 30 nights). Defaults to no maximum setting. Airbnb only.

Advance notice (booking lead time)

Enter the minimum advanced notice guests can make a reservation (counts back from midnight on the day the guest intends to check-in). Defaults to 0 hours.

Preparation time (Airbnb only)

Set your Airbnb preparation time.

Closed for arrival

Selecting 'Sunday' (for example) will hide your property from potential bookings beginning on a Sunday. The input on the listing property settings is the base closed for arrival setting. Similar to base rates, this input is only used if you don't have closed for arrival restrictions in place.
