• Monitor recent recovery after a dip

What metrics are included?

Under Trends, you can monitor:

• Average Review Score – Your overall average guest rating over time
• 5-Star Review % – The percentage of reviews that received 5 stars

These metrics help you understand both overall rating health and how consistently you're delivering 5-star stays.

Customising Your View

You can apply one or more filters to tailor the data to your needs.

Granularity: Weekly or Monthly

Choose how detailed you want the trend view to be:

• Weekly – Best for short-term monitoring and identifying recent changes
• Monthly – Ideal for spotting longer-term performance trends

Lookback Filter

The Lookback filter lets you decide how far back you’d like to analyse data.

For Weekly Trends, you can look back: (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, All time)

For Monthly Trends, you can look back: (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, All time)
