All charges via the Uplisting infrastructure can be 3D Secure. If you haven't implemented 3DS on Stripe, we recommend doing this as it's not possible to file a fraudulent chargeback when the guest paid via 3DS. If you have any questions about enabling 3DS please discuss with Stripe customer support.
In terms of fighting this chargeback, typically you'd submit any conversations you had with the guest, the confirmation of the booking showing the timestamp and any signed agreements (you can use our eSign feature to collect signed agreements).
