eSign rental agreements

The eSign rental agreement feature is built into Uplisting and displayed to guests on the guest confirmation page, alongside the security deposit and guest identity verification modules. Guests can complete all pre-arrival tasks on one unique link, which is dynamically inserted on automated messages and saved replies using the {guest_booking_link} message tag.

Yes. Airbnb states you can require guests sign a rental agreement/contract so long as you disclose this requirement and its terms prior to booking. We recommend explaining the need to sign a rental agreement on your house rules, or the description on your listing.
