The Safeguest verification link sent to guests is a secure and safe link that allows them to safely submit their identity and deposit information.

How Safeguest Works

When Safeguest is enabled:

1. A guest makes a booking
2. The guest receives a Safeguest verification link on the guest booking page.
3. The guest submits their ID verification
4. The guest chooses one of the following:
   • Refundable security deposit
   • Non-refundable damage waiver
5. Safeguest verifies the identity and assigns a risk score
6. Once verification is complete, the guest gains access to check-in details
