Quality Overview

The Quality Overview section gives you a quick, high-level snapshot of how your Airbnb listings are performing. It helps you instantly understand where you stand , and where you can improve.

What metrics are included?

1.Guest Favorite Count

This metric shows the number of listings currently flagged as Guest Favorite, out of the total number of listings included in your selected filters. This helps you quickly see how many of your properties are standing out to guests.

For example: 2 / 5 means 2 of your 5 filtered listings are currently Guest Favorites.

2.Quality Percentile Metrics

This shows the median quality percentile across your filtered listings (Scale: 0–100).

The median gives you a balanced view of overall portfolio performance, so you can understand how your properties compare to the broader market.

3.Listings with Pending Opportunities

This displays the number of listings that currently have quality improvement opportunities identified. These may include suggestions or actions that could help improve guest experience and overall performance.

Clicking this section will take you directly to the “Airbnb Opportunities” tab within your Uplisting account, where you can review detailed recommendations and take action.

4. Listings with Pending Opportunities

This shows the number of listings that are missing configured check-out tasks. Clear check-out instructions help prevent guest confusion, improve cleanliness outcomes, and protect your review scores. If you see a number here, it’s a good idea to review and update your check-out procedures.

Quality Percentile - Top and Bottom Listings

This section highlights performance leaders and opportunities for improvement in your listings.

For each listing, you’ll see: top listings (your highest-performing properties based on quality percentile)and bottom listings (listings with the lowest quality percentiles).

These are strong opportunities for targeted improvements that can meaningfully impact your overall portfolio performance.
