Using PriceLabs or Beyond Pricing?

We integrate directly with PriceLabs and Beyond Pricing.

Dynamic pricing works by syncing rates from Airbnb to Uplisting every 2-3 hours. Uplisting automatically sets those prices on Booking.com and Homeaway, which means prices are optimal on each channel.

How it works

1. Uplisting will import your prices from Airbnb every 2 to 3 hours.
2. Those rates will then be synced to Booking.com and Vrbo with the commission mark-up and without a mark-up to your Uplisting direct booking website.
