Booking.com Reservation but no payment taken on Stripe
What to check
If your property on Booking.com has "No Prepayment Needed" then no credit/debit card details will be collected from the guest as Booking.com expects payment on arrival.
This may still show as "Valid Credit Card Provided" on Uplisting as the system believes there's nothing to charge.
Short term resolution
You can send the guest a Stripe invoice to pay by Credit/Debit card via email by using the steps on this Stripe guide: https://stripe.com/docs/invoicing/create
Resolution
Head to your Booking.com Account and update your Listing's policies. More information is available on Booking.com's help site here.
