Pricing Base pricing Currency You should ensure the currencies you set on booking sites are correct, as the values you enter on Uplisting will attach to that currency. There are no currency conversions on Uplisting. Base rates Entering and saving base rates will sync to booking sites if you don't have any spot (calendar) rates in place. Availability Minimum length of stay Enter the minimum length of stay for a booking (eg. 3 nights). Defaults to 1 night. The input on the listing property settings is the base minimum length of stay. Overview The rolling Minimum Stay by Lead Time allows you to automatically reduce the minimum length of stay (MLOS) as arrival dates get closer. This helps fill last-minute gaps and increase occupancy without requiring manual updates to your calendar. Once configured, Uplisting recalculates the minimum stay requirement for each date every night and automatically syncs the updated values to your connected booking channels.
