The Dashboard functionality is a powerful tool that will save you tons of time browsing through the calendar view and reviewing bookings one by one. Instead the new feature provides a clear overview of all critical aspects of your bookings and allows you to take actions where needed.\

One place to view summary of your bookings, bookings that require certain action and any new booking activities.

The Dashboard is composed of 4 primary elements - a time picker and three distinct overviews.

A Time Picker which allows you to change your view between:

Yesterday
Today
Tomorrow
Next 7 days

The three overviews provided now offer valuable information, presented in the form of distinct, informative tables:

Check-in
Check-out
Stays
Action required
Booking payments
Security deposits
Guest identity
Rental agreements

Booking summary:

The Booking Summary feature is your one-stop shop for quick and easy access to all the key information you need to manage your bookings effectively. Get a bird's-eye view of upcoming check-ins, ongoing stays, and check-outs, all in one place. Save time and stay organised by having all the important details at your fingertips, including guest names, property names, and unit names.

Consists of 3 different table views:

Check-in -
All bookings where the check-in date is yesterday, today, tomorrow or in the next 7 days.
Check-out -
All bookings where the check-out date is yesterday, today, tomorrow or in the next 7 days.
Stays -
All ongoing reservations for yesterday, Today, tomorrow or in the next 7 days.

Actions required

The Actions Required feature is designed to keep you on top of critical pre-arrival tasks, ensuring that your guests have the best possible experience. This feature gives you an overview of all the tasks that require your attention, including payment due dates and outstanding balances, so you can stay organised and on top of everything. No more browsing through bookings on the calendar, everything is summarised in one place for your convenience.

Consists of 4 different table views:

Booking payments -
We display all bookings that checked-in (yesterday view) or are about to check-in (Today, Tomorrow, Next 7 days) and have an outstanding payment (either Unpaid or Failed to charge).
Security deposits -
We display all bookings that checked-in (yesterday view) or are about to check-in (Today, Tomorrow, Next 7 days) and don’t have the deposit paid yet.
Guest identity -
We display all bookings that checked-in (yesterday view) or are about to check-in (Today, Tomorrow, Next 7 days) and don’t have their guest identity verified yet.
Rental agreements -
We display all bookings that checked-in (yesterday view) or are about to check-in (Today, Tomorrow, Next 7 days) and don’t have their rental agreement signed up yet.

New booking activity

Stay ahead of the game with the New Booking Activity feature. Keep track of all new bookings, enquiries, and booking requests made yesterday or today. Never miss a booking again with this feature that provides you with a list of pending and cancelled bookings within the same date ranges. Always stay informed and stay on top of your business with this essential feature. With new booking activity, you can rest assured that you will never miss a booking again and always stay up to date.

Consists of 5 different table views:

New bookings -
We display all new bookings created yesterday or today.
Enquiries -
We display all new enquiries that were created yesterday or today.
Booking requests -
We display all booking requests that were created yesterday or today.
Pending bookings -
We display all pending bookings that were made yesterday or today.
Cancelled bookings -
We display all bookings that were cancelled yesterday or today.
