I would like to automate the check-in details so that when the security deposit and guest identity are completed, they send automatically. On Airbnb, the check-in details can be sent automatically, as Airbnb deal with the payments. Does the system know this for Airbnb, or will it still request that the deposit and guest identify are still completed?

So long as you don't enable the guest identity and security deposit feature for Airbnb on Uplisting then all Airbnb bookings will default to the success state when you add a filter such as security deposit paid and guest identity verified.
