How does it work when a guest attempts to book?

When a property is set to request to book a guest will click on the 'request to book' button. This will open the guest's default email client (eg. Apple Mail) with a pre-populated email which includes the date the guest wants to book.

You can then have a conversation with the requester outside of Uplisting.

Once you have agreed on a price and are comfortable with the guest, create a pending or confirmed booking on Uplisting and send your guest the payment link (or marked as paid if you have collected payment outside of Uplisting).
