There are two assignment methods depending on how you operate. Automatic or manual assignment.

Manual assignment

📘 When to use manual assignment
Use this method when you want to assign a specific cleaner to a cleaning task.

How to manually assign cleaning tasks

The basics

• Changeover events are automatically created for each booking on Uplisting
• Cleaner cannot see or access any changeover until you assign it to them
• Cleaner is only alerted (via email) to new changeovers they have been assigned to

How to automatically assign cleaning tasks

📘 When to use automatic assignment
Use this method if you have one cleaner, or a cleaning 'group', per listing.

The basics

• Changeover events are automatically created for each booking on Uplisting
• Any invited cleaners who have access to a listing can see and access all changeovers on that listing
• Any invited cleaners are alerted (via email) to any new changeovers
