The Uplisting Zapier app provides a number of triggers.


Booking-related triggers


New booking


Triggered whenever a booking is synced to Uplisting from a booking site, booked directly through Uplisting's direct booking engine, or created manually by you or your team.


Booking updated


Triggered whenever a booking is updated in some way. The following attributes can be updated, which will cause the booking updated trigger to fire:


Booking attributes which trigger a booking update


The following attributes will trigger a booking update when changed.


  1. Booking status (see below)
  2. Check-in and out dates
  3. Arrival time and departure time
  4. Booking is moved to a different property
  5. Booking is moved to a different multi-unit
  6. Guest name
  7. Guest phone number
  8. Guest email address
  9. Preferred guest name
  10. Booking source
  11. Note
  12. Automated messages enabled/disabled
  13. Automated reviews enabled/disabled


Booking status


The table below displays the booking status states that are possible.


Booking status state

Description

pending

The booking is pending payment.

removed_as_unpaid

A pending booking which was unpaid at the payment cut-off time.

confirmed

The booking is paid or marked as paid.

cancelled

The booking has been cancelled

needs_check_in

The status is set automatically by the system at 12am UTC on the day of check-in.

checked_in

The booking has been manually marked as checked-in.

needs_check_out

The status is set automatically by the system at 12am UTC on the day of check-out.

checked_out

The booking has been manually marked as checked out.


Booking removed


Triggered when a booking is cancelled or removed.


Property related triggers


New property


Triggered when a new property is created or imported into Uplisting.


Property name updated


Triggered when the property name is updated.


Property removed


Triggered when a property is removed/deleted from Uplisting.
