Website Builder Plans ( Basic vs Plus )

With your Direct Booking Website Builder, you can now select between two website builder plans: Basic and Plus.
This guide explains the difference so you know what you can customize and when you might want to upgrade.

📘 On the Basic and Plus plans, several sections of the site editor are locked by default. This is expected behaviour.

Basic plan (free)

The default Basic plan comes free with your Website Builder and includes:

A default website template
Limited customization: the hero background image, search page heading, search page subheading, and basic text styling

Plus plan ($39/month flat fee)

Plus is an optional paid upgrade that unlocks the power of the Website Builder. It's a flat monthly fee for your whole account, no matter how many properties you manage.

📘 Plus is free with the Manager Uplisting subscription plan. On all other plans, it's a paid add-on. Current pricing for your account is shown on the Uplisting pricing page

The website builder Plus includes everything in the Basic plan, plus:

Why are some sections locked even on Plus?

Even on Plus, a small number of pages, including the Property page, stay locked and can't be edited.
This is intentional, not a bug: these pages pull data directly from Uplisting (amenities, location, and other property details), and editing them manually could break how that data displays.

Please note, upgrading from Basic to Plus plan does not unlock these pages; they're locked by design on both plans.

Basic and Plus plan FAQs

Is Plus priced per property?
No. Plus is a flat monthly price for your whole account, however many properties you have.

Which Uplisting subscription plans include Plus for free?
Plus is included with the Manager plan of your Uplisting subscription. Please see our pricing page here

Which Uplisting subscription plans include Plus as a paid add-on?
On Independent Host and Operator, it's a paid add-on. Please see our pricing page here

Will I lose my website content if I switch templates?
No. Your properties, photos, and content sync automatically to the new template.

Who bills me for a domain I buy through the editor?
IONOS, the domain registrar, bills you directly for the domain and its renewals. Your Uplisting invoice only includes the Plus add-on itself.

Does Request to Book charge the guest when they submit a request?
No. The guest's card is securely saved but nothing is charged until you accept the request.
