How to find an Airbnb enquiry thread ID

To troubleshoot Airbnb enquiries, we need the thread ID which you can find on your Airbnb account.

1. Open the enquiry on your Airbnb inbox
2. Copy the URL you see in the browser\

3.Send this URL to customer support

The thread ID is contained in the URL. In the example below the thread ID is 132366057.
