Widgets: WhatsApp

Widget Categories: Social

The WhatsApp widget enables visitors to get in touch with site owners quickly and easily, especially

on mobile. Opportunities for engagement and conversion will increase, making it easier to convert

anonymous site visitors into real customers.

When site visitors click the WhatsApp button, the chat opens in desktop if the desktop app is installed. If

only the web app is installed, the user is prompted to use the web app or log in.

📘
NOTE
* Make sure the phone number you add has a WhatsApp account associated with it.
* If a site visitor does not have WhatsApp installed on their device, they will be
directed to WhatsApp’s installation flow.
* If a user clicks on the widget from an iOS tablet, they will be directed to a WhatsApp
page that directs them to download the app on desktop or mobile.

Widgets: Twitter Feed

Widget Categories: Social

The X (Twitter) feed widget connects with your X (Twitter) account and automatically displays new

messages on your site every time you tweet. Social media is a great way for customers to keep

updated with your business.

📘
NOTE
* Be sure to connect your business X (Twitter) account and not your personal X
(Twitter) account.
* Only feeds of public accounts will appear. Feeds of private accounts will only appear
if the site visitor is signed in to X (Twitter) on a different tab of the browser.
* Due to changes on the X (Twitter) platform, the widget may not function as expected.
If this occurs, the recommended solution is to embed the feed using X's provided
code using the HTML widget.
