Reasons why you may be missing Booking.com guest messages

Guest messaged before being logged in or without a Booking.com account

This is clearly an oversight on Booking.com's behalf, however, this is a scenario where guest messages may not appear on your Uplisting message thread.

Booking.com assure us this issue will be resolved soon.
