Airbnb Guest Discounts
You can now enrol your Uplisting listings in Airbnb's guest discounts program directly within Uplisting. These discounts can help your listing stand out to more Airbnb guests and boost your visibility in Airbnb search results.
From within Uplisting, you can enable:
- Mobile-only discount: 10% off for guests who book on the Airbnb app
- Top-rated guest discount: 15% off for highly rated guests
You can enable one or both discounts on one or more listings.
📘 Airbnb sets the discount rates
The discount percentages are set by Airbnb and can't be changed. These discounts stack with your other promotions, so keep this in mind when setting your pricing.
Who is eligible for each discount?

How to enable Airbnb guest discounts
- Log in to your Uplisting account.
- Select the listing you want to enrol in this discount program.
- Navigate to: Pricing → Discounts
- Scroll to the Airbnb guest discounts section.
- Toggle on the discount(s) you'd like to apply:
- Mobile-only discount (10% for guests booking on the Airbnb app)
- Top-rated guest discount (15% for highly rated guests)
- Click Save discounts to save your changes.
Your discounts will be applied to future eligible bookings.
🚧 Enabling the discount only affects the listing it's enabled on. To apply these discounts to all your properties, use the Airbnb account-level setting.
How to turn off Airbnb guest discounts
To stop offering the discount, go back to Pricing → Discounts → Airbnb guest discounts, toggle the discount off, and click Save discounts. Future Airbnb bookings will no longer get the discount.
