# Upgrading and Downgrading Your Website Builder Plan

## Upgrading to Plus
If you are not on the Manager plan of your Uplisting subscription, that has the website builder's Plus plan is included.
You would need to subscribe to the **Plus** plan as a paid add-on, billed at **$39 flat fee /month,**  for other Uplisting subscriptions

To upgrade to the **Plus** plan:

1. On your Uplisting account, go to **Direct**  tab on the left panel
2. Click on **Plan** to view the current plan you are on
3. If you are on the Basic plan, locate the Plus plan and click the '**Upgrade to Plus'** button as shown in the image below
The add-on will be added to your Uplisting subscription, and your website will be upgraded automatically.

## Downgrading from Plus to Basic
You can downgrade back to **Basic** at any time from the same [**Plan page**](https://app.uplisting.io/direct/plan) by clicking the **Switch to Basic** button
Before you do, note that:
* Properties set to **Request to Book** revert to enquiry-based booking
* Premium templates are locked, so your site moves back to the default design
* Custom domain, advanced SEO, popups, and discount promotion are no longer available

## Plus Plan FAQs
**Can I test the Plus plan when my Uplisting account is on trial?**
Yes. You can add Plus during your free trial. You won't be charged until your trial converts.

**Will I be charged for the Plus plan separately if I am on Manager subscription plan?**
No **.** If you're on the Manager plan, there's nothing to buy. Plus is already included and shows as Included on your billing page.
