# Risk Scores

# Risk Scores

Safeguest assigns every booking a risk level.

### Low Risk

Guest is verified and safe to proceed.

### Medium Risk

Guest is verified but may require additional review.

Hosts may choose to monitor or request additional verification.

### High Risk

Guest is verified but flagged as high risk.

Hosts receive an email notification with additional details regarding the risk score.

Hosts can decide whether to:

* Proceed with the booking
* Request further verification
* Cancel the booking

## Verification Statuses

Safeguest returns the following states:

* Green – verified, low risk

* Yellow – verified, medium risk
* Red – verified, high risk
* Pending – verification not completed
