# How to find the Uplisting Booking ID

The Uplisting Booking ID helps us to answer queries and solve any issues quickly

## Why is the Booking ID helpful?

Every booking on Uplisting (from any booking site) has a unique booking reference number. We use this to identify bookings within our system. Providing us with this booking reference number allows us to solve any issues and answer your queries much quicker.

## How to find a Booking ID

The Uplisting booking ID is found on the bottom of each booking.

1. Select (or search for) the booking on the calendar or action
2. Copy the Uplisting ID (the booking number on the image above is 163494)
3. Paste it into the conversation you are having with a member of our support team.
