# Creating a new property

> ❗️ Only use this feature if you don't use Airbnb
> The best way to create new properties is to create them on Airbnb then import them into Uplisting.

# How to create a property manually

1. Select Settings on the bottom left hand side of the screen
2. Select "Create a listing manually"
3. Enter as much information as you'd like then click next. The property is now created.
