# Airbnb Guest Discounts

||| Airbnb Guest Discounts
You can now enrol your Uplisting listings in **Airbnb's guest discounts** program directly within Uplisting. These discounts can help your listing stand out to more Airbnb guests and boost your visibility in Airbnb search results.

| Your Listings need to be actively connected to Airbnb

From within Uplisting, you can enable:
* **Mobile-only discount:** 10% off for guests who book on the Airbnb app
* **Top-rated guest discount:** 15% off for highly rated guests
You can enable one or both discounts on one or more listings.

> **📘 Airbnb sets the discount rates**
> The discount percentages are set by Airbnb and can't be changed. These discounts stack with your other promotions, so keep this in mind when setting your pricing.

### Who is eligible for each discount?
| Discount | Discount amount | Who gets it |
| ---- | ---- | ---- |
| Mobile-only | 10% | Guests booking on the Airbnb app |
| Top-rated guest | 15% | Guests rated **4.8 stars or above** with at least **3 reviews** |

### How to enable Airbnb guest discounts
1. Log in to your Uplisting account.
2. Select the listing you want to enrol in this discount program.
3. Navigate to: **Pricing → Discounts**
4. Scroll to the **Airbnb guest discounts** section.
5. Toggle on the discount(s) you'd like to apply:
   * **Mobile-only discount** (10% for guests booking on the Airbnb app)
   * **Top-rated guest discount** (15% for highly rated guests)
6. Click **Save discounts** to save your changes.

Your discounts will be applied to future eligible bookings.

🚧 Enabling the discount only affects the listing it's enabled on. To apply these discounts to all your properties, use the Airbnb account-level setting.

### How to turn off Airbnb guest discounts
To stop offering the discount, go back to **Pricing → Discounts → Airbnb guest discounts**, toggle the discount off, and click **Save discounts**. Future Airbnb bookings will no longer get the discount.
